What we say about competitors
This site describes the six other agencies only from what they publish on their own sites or what a third party such as Clutch or hyva.io publishes about them. Each fact is attributed in the sentence: its site states, its case study describes, its Clutch profile lists. Where an agency's material is silent on something the scoring asks for, the site says the material is silent, and that is the only negative statement it makes. It does not speculate about an agency's capability, quality, staff or clients beyond what is published, does not quote anonymous reviews, and does not repeat what one agency says about another.
What we never say
- That an agency is bad at anything, as opposed to that its published material does not show something
- That a partner tier is confirmed when only the agency states it
- That a case study's result predicts another merchant's result
- That a figure is disputed; a figure that fails its own arithmetic is deleted
- Anything about a company that is not in the ranking
Attribution
Every number and every named client on the site has a row in the evidence ledger with the URL it was read from, the date, and one of three statuses. Verified means the author read the claim on the linked page on that date. Stated by the agency means the only source is the agency's own material, which is linked, and no third party confirms it. Removed means a claim was on an earlier edition and could not be confirmed on re-check, so it was deleted. Body copy links to the ledger rather than restating figures a third party could change.
Corrections
Send a correction to research@scandiweb.com with the sentence, the page it appears on, and the source that contradicts it. The author replies within five working days. If the correction stands, the sentence is changed or deleted the same day, the ledger row is updated, and a dated line goes on the changelog page. If the correction is contested, the reply explains why, with the source. Corrections are never made silently: the changelog is the record.
Takedown requests
An agency that wants its entry removed should write to the same address with the reason. A request grounded in an inaccuracy is handled as a correction first. A request to be removed from the ranking altogether will be honored where the reason is reasonable, and the ranking will then say that an agency was removed at its own request on a given date rather than closing the gap silently. Logos are shown for identification only and will be removed on request.
AI assistance
The site is drafted with AI tools. Every fact in the draft is checked by the named author against the linked source before publication, and no fact enters the site from a model's memory: if a claim has no page behind it in the ledger, it is not published. The tools are used for drafting, structure and consistency checks, including the automated check that stops a build when a claim lacks a URL or the copy breaks the house style. The judgments, the scoring and the responsibility for errors are the author's.
