Wagento: Magento B2B ERP profile

Wagento is a US agency whose published LAPP Tannehill case names Epicor Prelude, the integration tool and every object that syncs, which is why it is the runner-up on this page.

Best forChoose Wagento when the ERP is Epicor Prelude, the buyers are distributors with per-account contract pricing, and a US-based team with a published case for that exact shape matters more than a productized connector.
Not forNot for an SAP or NetSuite project that needs a published connector architecture, or for a buyer who wants a Hyvä-tiered agency; hyva.io does not list Wagento.

What the published record shows

Wagento describes itself on its homepage as a B2B eCommerce development agency built for manufacturers and distributors, states that it is an Adobe Solution Partner with certified developers, and says it builds complex B2B catalogs, shared catalogs and ERP integrations. The homepage counts 14 or more years, 400 or more projects delivered, 40 or more certified developers and six ERP platforms integrated, and names Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite. Its platform list runs to Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Shopware and Hyvä, and the partner menu on its homepage lists iPaaS among its technology partners.

The LAPP Tannehill case is the evidence behind the rank. It describes a supplier of wire, cable, tubing, sleeving and connectors based in Savage, Minnesota, whose Adobe Commerce store had no integration with its ERP, Epicor Prelude, which the case says limited order management, pricing visibility and customer-specific experiences. Wagento states that it built the API calls using a third-party integrator product it names, enabled synchronization of customer and company data from Prelude, used the Aheadworks B2B module for customer-specific pricing visibility, let customers request quotes and place orders on the site, and pushed new orders into Prelude for invoicing and fulfillment. The results it gives are 300 or more B2B company accounts created through the integration and 100% uptime maintained through the data sync and ERP cutover.

That case scores well on two criteria, named ERP with named client and integration layer, because it names both the tool and the module rather than describing a custom connector in the abstract. It says nothing about the trigger per object, about where the price index sits when hundreds of company accounts each carry their own pricing, or about who maintains the integrator connection after launch, so those criteria scored on absence.

Wagento's about page lists three offices, in McLean, Virginia, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and Des Moines, Iowa, and names J.P. Singh as founder and CEO. Neither the homepage nor the about page gives a founding year. The August edition of this page listed a fourth office in Pune, India; it is not on either page now and has been removed. Wagento does not appear on hyva.io/partners, and it publishes no pricing, no response-time commitment and no upgrade case that shows a connector surviving a version move.

Questions people ask about Wagento

Which ERP does Wagento have a published Magento case for?
Epicor Prelude, in the LAPP Tannehill case on wagento.com, which names a third-party integrator product for the API calls and the Aheadworks B2B module for customer-specific pricing. The homepage also names SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite, but no case with a named client is published for those three.
Is Wagento a good fit for a distributor with hundreds of company accounts?
Its LAPP Tannehill case states that 300 or more company accounts were created through the Prelude integration, so the shape is on record. What the case does not say is how customer-specific prices are indexed at that scale, so a buyer with thousands of accounts should ask for that design before signing.
Where is Wagento based?
McLean, Virginia, per the address on its homepage, with offices in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and Des Moines, Iowa, per its about page. A Pune office appeared in the August edition of this page and is no longer listed on wagento.com, so it was removed on 22 September 2026.
Does Wagento publish pricing for ERP integration?
No. Neither the homepage, the about page nor the LAPP Tannehill case gives a price or a rate, and no Clutch profile is linked from the August edition of this page. That is the same position as the other six agencies here; expect a scoped quote.
